Shaping a Brighter Future for our Community
Our Teams
ARROS provides a mix of services across multiple different funding streams.
BEROS is dedicated to supporting young people in the care of child safety who are self-placing, which may involve couch surfing and sleeping rough. The aim is to help these individuals achieve safety and stability in their housing, relationships, culture, and community. As an outreach service, BEROS provides flexible and individualised support to young people through:
- Case management
- Street to Home/after-hours outreach
- Overnight support
Community Living Program (CLP) empowers people with intellectual and cognitive disabilities through holistic care and skill-building. We're committed to trauma-informed, relationship-based practice.
Click for More InformationCommunity Connections provides tailored support for young people aged 12-18 facing challenges with school or home life. Services extend to families and are delivered free of charge in the inner-north Brisbane region. Support options range from individual to group-based, and the program collaborates with local schools and the Department of Social Services.
Community Connections is also an Accredited Employing Authority for Student Welfare Workers (in primary schools) and for Youth Support Coordinators (in high schools).
NDIS Plan Management
CLA Specialises in NDIS services in Brisbane North. We offer accessible and affordable support. Our Plan Management services help individuals effectively utilise their NDIS plans, all with the aim of building stronger, more inclusive communities.

SQW is a State Government funded initiative, providing supported training opportunities for disadvantaged job seekers. Since 2016, CLA has successfully delivered impactful SQW projects such as The Re-Gen Project and The Good Food Project.

Our Support Coordination Team offers Level 2 and Level 3 Specialist Coordination to those with cognitive or psychosocial disabilities in Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and Sunshine Coast. Fully Tertiary Degree qualified in Allied Health fields (Social Work, Psychology and Public Health), the team provides tailored, holistic support based on established CLA frameworks and practices.
