Your Feedback Matters

At Community Living Association Inc., we value your input and strive to continuously improve our services. Whether you wish to provide feedback, share a compliment, or address a concern, your voice matters to us. You have various options to do so:

If you are wanting to make a complain, we want you to know that you have the right to:

  • Seek the assistance of an independent advocate.
  • Have a support person present and involved throughout the process.
  • Access to an Interpreter Service, which CLA can provide at your request.

Additionally, if you are an NDIS participant, please note that you can also contact the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission directly on 1800 034 544, or email them directly at contactcentre@ndiscommission.gov.au.
